Review sách “Kỷ luật tự giác” từ hiểu lầm đến nghiện ngập
Khi mới đọc vài phần đầu sách, mình đã nghĩ “lại là sách self help nữa à?”. Nhưng vì tò mò và muốn tìm câu trả lời, mình cố nhẫn nại đọc thêm chút nữa. Và rốt cuộc, sách tưởng không hay mà hay không tưởng. Một quyển sách chia sẻ kiến thức, kinh nghiệm mà tác giả đúc kết được qua quá trình rèn luyện kỷ luật tự giác – từ kỹ năng trở thành thói quen và duy trì đều đặn mỗi ngày. Đích đến cuối cùng của kỷ luật tự giác chính là cuộc sống hạnh phúc hơn, tốt đẹp hơn và hoàn thiện hơn.

Đối với mình, quyển sách này cực kỳ basic – là quyển sách phù hợp “gối đầu giường” để tự nhắc nhở bản thân. Kỷ luật tự giác không hề ràng buộc bản thân, nó chỉ giúp chúng ta sắp xếp cuộc sống thuận lợi hơn để đạt được nguyện vọng của mình. Giọng văn trung lập và nhịp điệu chậm rãi – vừa đưa quan điểm, dẫn chứng rồi diễn giải vừa đúc kết bài học nên thời gian đầu đọc sách sẽ đòi hỏi bạn sự nhẫn nại trước khi đến với phần dễ nuốt hơn đó là “hướng dẫn, thực hành và duy trì”.
Sẽ có nhiều quan điểm về tính tự giác rất quen thuộc với bạn. Tuy chúng đơn giản bề mặt nhưng lại thâm sâu bên trong – bởi đó đều là những điều mà “ai cũng biết tuốt” nhưng rất ít người ý thức và làm được. Thực ra, bạn chỉ thực hiện được không tới 10% trong 80% điều bạn biết. Dĩ nhiên, tính hành động sau chữ “biết” sẽ được thúc đẩy nhiều hơn nếu chúng ta có kỷ luật tự giác.

Như hôm nay mình chọn mua quyển sách này, tức là mình đã chọn việc “bơm” thêm động lực tích cực để sống và hành động hiệu quả hơn rồi đó ^^
